Corporate Events Across the Twin Cities

HappyFaces has brought the fun to corporate events throughout the Twin Cities since 1981, from office parties and client appreciation days to holiday celebrations and trade show booths. We regularly work with HR teams and event planners at companies of every size, from 3M and General Mills to your local Mom & Pop business. We can scale from a single artist at a small team gathering to a full lineup for an all-company picnic, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require one.

Community Events & Festivals In the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro

Festivals, school carnivals, church events, and neighborhood block parties call for a different setup than a corporate party: multiple artists working in parallel to keep lines moving, plus paperwork that satisfies event organizers and city parks departments. We regularly staff National Night Out block parties, school and church festivals, and citywide events like Music in Plymouth, the Hopkins Raspberry Festival, and Maple Grove Days, with 2 to 10+ artists at once depending on expected turnout. Many city parks and recreation boards across the metro, including the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, require a certificate of insurance for vendors at permitted events; we can supply one for your application.

And don’t forget the Renaissance Festival! We have been painting the faces of fair gowers, entertainers, and fun seekers for years!

Neighborhood Parties & Backyard Events

Not every event needs a full crew. For birthday parties, backyard get-togethers, and small block parties anywhere in the Twin Cities, we book a single face painter or a face painter and balloon twister pair, sized to a smaller guest list and a shorter booking window.

Service Area FAQ

What cities does HappyFaces serve in the Twin Cities?

HappyFaces Entertainment provides party entertainment across 20 communities in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Edina, Bloomington, Eagan, Burnsville, and more. See the full list of service area cities above.

How far will HappyFaces entertainers travel?

We're based in Long Lake, MN and typically serve communities within a 35-mile radius — covering most of the seven-county metro area. For events further out, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area.

My city isn't on the list, do you still serve my area?

Quite possibly. The 20 cities on this page represent our most frequently requested locations, but we serve the broader Twin Cities metro. Call us at (952) 476-7676 or use our contact form and we'll confirm availability for your location.

What types of events do you serve throughout the Twin Cities?

We provide entertainment for birthday parties, corporate events, school and community festivals, picnics, graduation parties, holiday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, and more. Whether it's a backyard birthday for 20 kids or a corporate picnic for 500 employees, we've been doing this since 1981.

How far in advance should I book?

For most events, we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred entertainers are available. Holiday weekends, especially Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day book quickly, so 6–8 weeks ahead is ideal for those dates. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible; call us to check availability.
